The State of New York Executive Department Office of General Services - Procurement Service Group on March 24, 2010 has awarded contract number PC65041 for lease vehicles to Acme Auto Leasing, LLC. This contract is for the lease of Model Year 2010 cars, vans, pickups and sport utility vehicles, including Model Year 2011 substitutions for built out 2010 models, for use by State agencies, including the State University of New York and others authorized by New York State.

Acme has managed Contracts with the State of New York since 1998. Prices shown are maximum rates for present contract vehicles. Discounts may be available.

Terms and Conditions: Listed below are key items for 2010-2011 New York State Contract Group 40490. Acme Auto Leasing, LLC Fed. Ident.# 061425257
1.	Lease rates are based on a fixed payment/closed end lease for new, unused 2010/2011 model year vehicles for 36 months.
2.	Fuel and lubricants, incurance, licensing and registration, taxes, and maintenance not covered by manufacturer's warranty are to be provided by lessee. Any costs incurred to perform any additional servcies or to provide additional items are not included in the lease rates provded herein.
3.	Vehicles are covered bunder manufacturers' 36-month/36,000 mile warranty.
4.	Delivery ninety days after receipt of order.
5.	Rates include 20,000/30,000 miles per year. Excess mileage charges of $0.12 per mile will be invoiced at lease termination.
6.	Rates ar monthly and are net of all discounts.
