Customer Information:
| (1) | Prices are monthly, per vehicle and are based on a fixed payment/ closed end lease for new, unused model year 2011 vehicles |
| (2) | Prices include 15,000 miles per year |
| (3) | All prices shown are net per month |
| (4) | No quantity discount is offered |
| (5) | Payment terms are net 30 |
| (6) | Excess mileage charge of $0.10 per mile applies to automobiles, Federal Standard Number 122AV |
| (7) | Excess mileage charge of $0.15 per mile applies to automobiles, Federal Standard Number 307AG |
| (8) | Government purchase cards are accepted |
| (9) | Fuel and lubricants, insurance, licensing, registration and maintenance not covered by the manufacturer's warranty are not provided by the contractor. |
| (10) | Vehicles are covered under the manufacturers' 36-month/36,000 mile warranty, including 24/7/365 roadside assistance |
| (11) | Contractor is WAWF-qualified |
